The booking process is as follows:

1. Check that your required dates are available.

Booking Conditions

* All bookings are subject to a 25% (non refundable) deposit.

* Bookings for departure dates within 8 weeks must pay remainder of full rental cost immediately.

Otherwise, remainder of rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to departure date.

* A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required for each booking.

The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of the end of your rental.

* The apartment is non-smoking.

3. You will receive a reply confirming the apartment's availability along with a booking form and a copy of the terms and conditions.

4. The booking form then needs to be returned along with the required payment:

* If departure date is within 8 weeks of booking date, the required payment is the full rental cost (+£50 refundable damage deposit).

* If departure date is more than 8 weeks after booking date, you can either pay the full rental cost (+£50 refundable damage deposit) immediately OR pay 25% of the full rental cost immediately with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure date.
